License Agreement

1 Cool Button Tool License
This license covers both registered and unregistered versions of 1 Cool Button Tool, hereafter referred to as 'the Software', and you are hereby granted a non-exclusive license to use the Software. If you have obtained the software free of charge or are an unregistered user you are not entitled to support of any kind.

Disclaimer of Warranty
Should the Software prove defective, you alone shall assume the cost of any service and/or repair.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSIONS OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY, SO THIS DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS.

Scope of the Grant
You may:

  • register the Software for use on a single computer.

  • copy the Software for backup and archival purposes.

  • distribute unregistered copies of the software provided it remains in its original distribution form and all files and notices remain intact.

You may not:

  • remove any proprietary notices from the Software and associated files.

  • modify, reverse engineer, disassemble or create derivative works based on the Software.

  • rent, lease or otherwise transfer rights to the Software.

  • incorporate, re-bundle or resell this Software as part of a new product or service without the express written permission of Juice Software Pty Ltd.

  • make available either intentionally or otherwise your registration details to other persons.

  • use the software contrary to acceptable use policies.

Title
Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Software shall remain vested in Juice Software p/l. The Software is protected by copyright laws and treaties. Title and related rights in the content accessed through the Software is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable law. This License gives you no rights to such content.

Termination
The license will terminate automatically and the software unregistered if you fail to comply with any of the above terms and conditions.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL JUICE SOFTWARE, SUPPLIERS AND OR RESELLERS OF THE SOFTWARE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
